Use and Transfer of Personal Data
For the use of our internet presence it is not necessary to reveal any personal data. We only store data of site-visits without reference to a person e.g. the name of your Internet Service Provider, the page from which you visit us or the name of the file you have requested. For those purposes cookies may be used which collect and store data by using pseudonyms, but do not make your person identifiable.
Weiss AG is entitled to collect, process and use your personal data for the use of our internet services, in some cases it is necessary, so you to make use of our online service (usage data). We don’t see nor provide your personal data to third parties for any other purpose. Personal data will not be transferred to government bodies or public authorities except in order to comply with mandatory national legislation.
Subscribing to our Newsletter
If, pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO have expressly consented, we use your e-mail address to regularly send you our newsletter. For the receipt of the newsletter the indication of an e-mail address is sufficient.
You can cancel the subscription anytime via a link at the end of each newsletter or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For questions of any kind, we offer you the opportunity to contact us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid e-mail address. So we can properly address the request.

The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily granted consent. The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted after completion of the request made by you.
Order through our Website
We process the data of our customers as part of the ordering process in our online shop to allow them to select and order the selected products and services, as well as their payment and delivery, or execution.
The processed data includes inventory data, communication data, contract data, payment data and persons affected by the processing belong to our customers, prospects and other business partners. Processing is for the purpose of providing contractual services in the context of the order through our website. Here we use session cookies for the storage of the cart contents and permanent cookies for the storage of the login status.
Processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b (execution of order transactions) and c (legally required archiving) DSGVO. The required information for the establishment and fulfillment of the contract is required. We disclose the data to third parties only in the context of extradition, payment or in the context of legal permissions and obligations to legal advisors and authorities. The data will be processed in third countries only if necessary for the fulfillment of the contract. (for example, on customer’s request upon delivery or payment).
Right to Information
At Weiss AG online services you have the right to request information about which personal data has been stored and for what purpose the data has been stored. The information can also be provided electronically.
Disclosure of Data
A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below does not take place. We only disclose your personal information to third parties if:
You have given your consent to this according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO,
discloser according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO is required to assert, exercise or defend legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in not disclosing your data,
in case there is a legal obligation for the discloser according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. c DSGVO, as well as it being legally permissible and according to Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. b DSGVO is required for settling business relationships with you.
In the cookie information is stored, each resulting in connection with the specific terminal used. However, this does not mean that we are immediately aware of your identity.
The data processed by cookies are for the purposes mentioned for the protection of our legitimate interests as well as the third party according to Art. 6 lit. 1) 1 f DSGVO required.

In order to protect your personal data, Weiss AG takes necessary precaution and appropriate physical, technical and organizational safety measure to prevent access by third parties.
For the purpose of customizing and continually optimizing our pages, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereafter “Google”). In this context, pseudonymised usage profiles are created and cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website such as:

- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address),
- Time of server request,
are transmitted to a Google server in the US and stored there. Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
To statistically record the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our website, we also use Google conversion tracking. In doing so, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer if you have reached our website via a Google ad.
These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Adwords customer’s website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.
Every Adwords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of Adwords customers. The information gathered using the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for Adwords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Adwords customers hear the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a conversion tracking tag page. However, they do not receive information that personally identifies users.
Social Media Plug-ins
We use on our website social plug-ins from the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Instagram (based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR), in order to make our firm better known. The underlying commercial purpose is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Responsibility for the operation compliant with data protection is to be guaranteed by their respective providers. The integration of these plug-ins by us is done by means of the so-called two-click method to protect visitors to our website in the best possible way.
On our website plugins of the short message network of Twitter Inc. (Twitter) are integrated. The Twitter plugins (tweet button) can be recognized by the Twitter logo on our site. An overview of tweet buttons can be found here.
When you visit a page of our website that contains such a plugin, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Twitter server. Twitter receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click on the Twitter “tweet button” while logged in to your Twitter account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Twitter profile. This allows Twitter to associate your visit to our pages with your user account. We point out that we as the provider of the pages are not aware of the content of the transmitted data and their use by Twitter.

We use the popular SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method within the site visit in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. In general, this is a 256-bit encryption. This plugin query includes the sending of the IP address and possibly other data required by Google for the Google reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose your input will be communicated to and used by Google. However, your IP address is previously truncated by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the agreement on the European Economic Area and is, as such, anonymized. Only in exceptional cases is a full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the United States and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of this service. The IP address provided by reCaptcha from your browser shall not be merged with any other data from Google.
